Is the call free?
Yes. The call is free and without commitment. It is used to see whether OpenModeration fits your comments and your rules.
What should I prepare?
Nothing is required. If you can, bring a few real comments that were hard to handle, and tell us which platforms you moderate: your website, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or WordPress.
Who will I talk to?
Someone from the OpenModeration team at Logora, who sets the moderation up with clients and can answer product, compliance and budget questions.
Can we test before committing?
Yes. In sandbox mode, OpenModeration analyses your real comments and shows what it would have decided, without hiding or deleting anything.
Do you handle the DSA side?
Every decision comes with a written reason and is logged, user reports and appeals are handled by our team, and figures for your transparency report can be exported. We go through your obligations during the call.
